I have signed up on the website, how do I get access?

Thanks to our powerful tools, you should get instant access to the indicator. If, however, you notice you do not have access within a few minutes of purchasing, please open a ticket on our discord support channel and we will work to resolve your issue.

How do I cancel my plan?

If you wish to cancel your plan, please head to Account > Manage Billing and Account > Sign In > Plan > Cancel Plan.

How do I change my payment frequency?

If you wish to change the payment frequency on your account, please head to https://artiumpro.io/ - Account - Manage Billing and Account- Sign In- Monthly Plan - Select dropdown to change frequency.

How do I fix a "study_not_auth" error message?

Generally, there is a quick fix to this issue:
1. Try refreshing your browser window.
2. Try signing out of Trading View and then signing back in.
3. If none of these work, please raise a ticket in our Discord server and include your Trading View username.

How do I fix other "study" error messages?
