These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and ArtiumPro LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “ArtiumPro”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ArtiumPro LLC. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms of Use”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with ALL of these Terms of Service, then you may not access the site or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current products or as additional products, shall also be subject to the Terms of Service.  You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. We will alert you of any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Service and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change, It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You may be required to purchase access to some of our products or services. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and user account information for all purchases and plan periods made via the site. You also agree to update your account and payment information in a timely manner, including email address so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We will bill you through a safe and secure online billing account for purchases made via the site. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, if prices are changed and you already have an active plan with us your price will remain unchanged for as long as your plan stays current and active. All payments shall be in U.S dollars.

You agree to pay all fees or charges at the price then in effect for your purchase, you also authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amount upon making your purchase in accordance with the billing period, payment method and plan chosen by you.

If your purchase is a monthly, quarterly, or yearly plan then you consent to us charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until canceled by you. 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the legal age to make the purchase in your state/location and that you have the legal authority to make the purchase of the product or service by the payment means you choose.

You may not use our products in any illegal manner or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

ArtiumPro LLC has a no refund policy. ArtiumPro gives a 7-day plan period for $1. You may cancel your auto-renew at any time after your 7 day plan has started and you will still have access for the 7 day period.  If you choose not to keep the product or service, it is your responsibility to cancel before the end of the 7 day plan date.

You may cancel your plan at any time by logging in to your account which you will find on our “my account” page on the ArtiumPro website. The link is also at the bottom of any emails you receive from us or you may open a support ticket on our discord server and ask for cancellations which we will do for you at no additional charge.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid plan period.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content to:

(a)Systematically retrieve data, Forms, or other Content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us. (b) Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses. (c) Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services. (d) Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services. (e) Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein. (f) Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords. (g) Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct. (h) Engage in any automated use of the Website or Services, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. (i) Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services. (j) Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user. (k) Sell or otherwise transfer your ArtiumPro account. (l) Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person. (m) Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise beyond the license granted to you under these Terms of Use. (n) Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the Software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services. (o) Attempt to bypass any measures of the Website or Software designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services. (p) Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you. (q) Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content. (r) Copy or adapt the Software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code. (s) Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Software or the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Software or the Services. (t) Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”). (u) Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Software or the Services, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software. (v) Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, ArtiumPro, the Software, Website, and/or the Services. (w) Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

This site may contain links (or you may be sent via the site) to other websites or content. We do not monitor or investigate the accuracy or completeness of any third-party website or content and we are not responsible for any third-party website or content you may access via this site. If you decide to leave this site to access a third-party website or content you do so at your own risk, once you leave these terms or service no longer govern and you should read the terms of service associated with the third-party website or content. Furthermore if you go on to purchase anything from any third-party website that purchase will be with another website and another company and we take no responsibility whatsoever in relation to such purchases, you acknowledge that any such purchase is exclusively between you and the applicable third-party. You also agree and acknowledge that we do not endorse the products and/or services offered on or provided by any third-party or their website and you shall hold us harmless from any harm caused by your purchase of such products or services. Furthermore, we will not be liable and you will hold us harmless from any losses or harm caused to you by any such purchases on any third-party website or resulting from any third-party content.

These Terms of Service and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Your ArtiumPro account is for your personal use only, it may not be shared or sold. You must keep your account details safe and secure and do not share them with anyone.

You acknowledge that you are fully and solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

Please note, ArtiumPro and its staff will never ask you for your account password or login credentials. If you receive correspondence from us that you believe did not originate from ArtiumPro or its staff please email us at support@artiumpro.io or open a support ticket on our discord server.
